His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Gunter managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This malnourished man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a very tight haircut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
