History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He very much looks the part of a Barrister. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east to a Barrister, Reynard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Reynard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
