Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

He has brown eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, marred by teas. His brown hair is cut short. His ears are large.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
