Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born in a small forest village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to find somewhere to settle down
