Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.
