Personality: Nicholas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sculptor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
