History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Diggory grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Patrick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tattered old clothes. He has a very tight haircut. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
