History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anselm grew up listening to his mother's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
