History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
