History: Born in the west to a Mercenary, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
