History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Trym was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Trym was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over.
