History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a Barrister first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born into a rich family. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
