History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shane does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mortician who has hired him part-time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. He tends to his Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
