Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Marshal uniform. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Raymond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
