Justin Sherwood, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Justin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Miles Van Es, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Miles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mason. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
