Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
