Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Reynard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the east. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is white and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Richard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Hunter.

Motivation: Expand his business; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by his family
