History: Born in the east to a Jeweler, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Brewer and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.
