History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to raise his children well

History: Gifted from a young age, Theodoric studied abroad. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Interpreter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and human compassion

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Lance's homeland. Lance decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
