Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Roland is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
