Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bather who has hired him part-time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this western man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.
