Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
