History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.
