Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears tattered old clothes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longbows and sickles. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Henry enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Henry was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Henry decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This western man very much looks the part of a Stylist. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is thinning but still full. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roger was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stylist. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortspear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Thomas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father
