History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Tim was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and human compassion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
