History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with his god.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Body Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This slender man stands about 6'1". He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world
