History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roland. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his father before him.
