After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
