History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Hunter soon after.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
