Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
