History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
