Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Richard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
