Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is still thick. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raymond is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Gardener mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Performer and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gomory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
