Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Peter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
