History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Adam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Dean was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
