Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Simon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Simon. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.
