Description: An older man who is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his small white hat.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Hugh was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 25. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
