Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gunter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
