History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
