History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Randal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Randal decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
