His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. Peter was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
