History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
