History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
