History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Healer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
