Description: This tall, slender man is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and white handkerchief worn on his left side. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A true patriot, Bernard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Jocelyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
