Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He is a mite stocky and very much looks the part of a Scribe. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
