Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Percival was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
