History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Arnold was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raymond was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Human compassion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
