Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a yellow Stetson hat and yellow clothes. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and is pretty ugly. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He has violet eyes and a blue hat with a white feather.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a green shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants. He is an epitome of beauty. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found
