In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. During his travels, Ralf and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ralf discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ralf fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.
